Barisan Nasional BN chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi announced that the coalition had secured 31 out of 56 state assembly seats as of 10. He expressed his thanks that Barisan was once more given the trust to lead the Johor government again and reminded the party not to be arrogant following the result.
