The staffs were helpful and kind. The main reason probably people come here would be for groceries and or to pick up little things from the main anchor which is Tesco Hypermarket. Wait is usually more than 40-60 minutes with two out of three counters.
Despite so many customer waiting, only 1 or 2 counters open to serve customer.
One weird rule that is uniquely theirs - all customers are given HUGE access cards about 6inch in size to carry with them. Wisma Cosway provides facilities such as 24-hour security, business centre, 3 passenger lifts, retail lots, swimming pool, wading pool, club house, basement covered parking, mini market, restaurants and cafeteria, book store, 24-hours convenience store and salon. But it'll be a lot better if more counters are open, as that will keep things moving quicker.
